Surprise my girlfriend with this book and she loved it!.
A great read.
My sister is a huge fan of Chyna but she's never read her autobiography. Even though the book is over 10 years old, my sister enjoyed reading it!.
The book jacket has coffee and food stains on it. When I wrote them to tell them about it they said I placed a "special order in replacement of this one and it is on it's way.
I really liked it a lot. there is a great story here, about someone who came from the gutter, rose to the top, yeah sure maybe she couldn't keep it going forever.
This was the first wrestling related book i ever bought. i used to read this every night and i just couldnt put it down.
Say, did you know Chyna hates every single person shes ever met? Or that she can't express a rational thought?
I have read two copies of this book to pieces and have loved to go back to certain chapters to re-read them, just for the laughs. My favorite chapter is her first workout with Triple H, in which she confides to the reader she didn't know whether this was "going to be a workout or a WORKOUT (wink, wink)".
I can say that Chyna is my favorite wrestler of all time, and I can also say that her autobiography was amazing,Most say it is poorly written,But I would say other wise...I found the book to be quite interesting and brought you closer to the WWE diva.
I'm not a fan of the WWF. I'm also not a fan of car wrecks either, but I do slow down and survey the damage (don't we all), and a car wreck would be apt metaphor for Chyna's (Joanie Laurer's) life.
Also, i would love to have intercourse with her, i think she'd be fun in bed.

Anyone who reads this book can tell Joanie's a self-centered, egotistical brat. Just count the number of "I"s and "me"s throughout the book.
I greatly enjoyed reading this autobiography of wrestler Chyna ( Joanie Laurer ). I have read numerous wrestlers' autobiographies.
I'm not a real fan of professional wrestling, but I received this book written by the WWF superstar as a gift, with an inscription: This is about a woman who is strong, beautiful, and who gained the respect of the men in her field -- so of course it reminded me of you :) Well, thanks, Tig, and that's a fair review of the autobiography of Chyna. Or actually, of Joanie Laurer, her alter-identity.
