Common sense, but well written and a good reminder : ).
The book is excellent!!.
Great information and deep research you are unlikely to find elsewhere. This is not a quick book to work through, as the title suggests, it is a challenge.
Okay book, needed it for promotional exam.
Item arrived on time and as expected.
Good book fast service.
I chose this rating because I like the way this book is mapped out and it educated not only myself but my co workers on a lot of different avenues we were going but it gave us ideas on how to make them easier,.
I was assigned this book to read for a graduate management class. I was expecting much of the same standard leadership fare.
Thank you for the quick shipment of the book. It is in great condition and received promptly.
Outstanding leadership material. Focused on making leaders whole people.
Bernard Carabello is a survivor from Willowbrook. I have the privilege of knowing him and working with him serving the same population of developmentally disabled individuals.
This book has some good material if you want a simple, understandable approach to leadership. It's an easy read which I believe most people can relate to.
The book is what I needed for a class. the vendor shipped it quickly.
My coworker recommended this book to me, and it's one of the best leadership/management books I've ever read. There's great practical advice and teaches you how to treat your staff, coworkers, managers like human beings while still being an effective leader.
I gave this book four stars because it is well written and very readable, but it is really designed for people interested in business and working in corporations; something I did not realize before I started. I feel like the chapters were a little wordy, but the "summaries" at the end of the chapter are nice.
