I would suggest to anyone that is on a pursuit of their inner selves to read Swami Childvilasananda's talks, they are wonderful, delightful and endlessly helpful. Lisa.
I have been reading this book and using the study guide for it chapter by chapter. I have just finished reading the chapter "Wake up to your inner courage and become steeped in divine contentment" I can honestly say a shift has happened within me.
I'm reading slow to savor every wise word of this poetic book. Every page, including the intro, is filling me with the clarity and peace.
