I read this book about 5 years ago and looking back at the notes I took at the time, I can clearly see how impactful and inspirational it was for my professional life since then.The book focuses on self-awareness as a foundation of a great consultant - understanding our strengths, passions, boundaries, and embracing who we are.
Fifteen years ago, I read this book and its values resonated with me very strongly. It articulated and organized my thoughts about values, quality of life, life in balance, and other subtle but important personal issues.
