The great thing is that a daily routine is clearly spelled out. Some of his competitors give you a billion exercises, but then neglect to tell you when to do what; they leave it up to you to create your own workout routine.
This was a total disappointment. I will not buy any product from this author.
As a taekwondo practitioner, I found the specific exercises in this book to increase kicking strength and range of motion quite useful. Follow the routines in the book and you will see a marked improvement in three to four weeks.
