Cecil Parker was born in south Georgia on his fathers farm, in 1930. He joined the Air Force in 1950, during the Korean War and did well in the service attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant in about three years. After military service time in the USAF, he enrolled into North Central Bible College in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he completed school in three and one-half years, receiving a B.
