It was a good book and helped me in many ways. I'd recommend this to others as well.

Hello.. I just saw Brooke interviewed on GMA and it made me want to buy and read this book even though my kids are grown.
Brooke pours her heart and soul into this book and even if you're not a mother, it's a must read. There is so much that I took away from this book outside of the advice she is giving to mothers.
I hate giving this book only 1 star, because I feel like I would really like and relate to Brooke in person, but the book itself is just a mess. There's no direction, it's just a series of random thoughts that I felt added no value to my life.
It is always nice to hear another mom's point of view, even if she is a bikini mode/dancing with the stars champion.
