This is typical legalization dribble from the same folks who bore us to death with their disdain for the truth and twisting of statistics. People who want a much more scholaraly and nuanced view on drug policy should read AN AMERICAN DISEASE by Musto or HEP CATS...
I could not let down this book. I received it 2 days ago and have already finish it.
I highly recommend this book.You will be impressed that several of the essays to end drug prohibition are written by members of the Law Enforcement community.
