A Collection Of Wednesdays" Amy Gaither Hayes does a wonderful job of sharing her life lessons thru poetry, song lyrics and story writing. As she shares snippets of her life it is easy to see her faith in God shine thru.
A Collection Of Wednesdays is written by Amy Gaither Hayes, who describes herself as, "I am not One Who Must Write; I am One Who Can Write When She Must." The One Who Can Write When She Must has delivered a book that is part memoir, part observation, and part poetry.
I would like to start by saying this is a wonderful book. However, I was truly expecting something a little different.
A COLLECTION OF WEDNESDAYS provides interesting insights and reflections, written by a woman on the young side of middle age. Amy Gaither Hayes is a busy wife, mother, drama teacher and performer, and yet for some years she has tried to set aside a bit of Wednesday morning to write.
This is definitely one of the more beautifully written books I've read in a long while. Gaither Hayes does an excellent job of communicating simple life lessons through a diverse collection of stories, poems and song lyrics.
