For the last 20 or so years, Clark has been doing stand-up comedy on the club circuit, on "The Tonight Show", on HBO comedy specials, on _"Late Night with David Letterman" . Clark is a warm, smart, funny and innovative social commentator and a man of all seasons with a quiet patriotism that he lives as well as portrays. His comedy runs the gamut from observation on the current military conflict to his Southern root in Georgia.

Is frequently in movies with Adam Sandler.
He made appearances in both the series finale for both Home Improvement (1991-1999) and Boy Meets World (1993-2000).
He was close friends with the late Jim Varney , who was known for Slinky from Toy Story. When Toy Story 3 went into production, Pixar came to Clark to take up the role of Slinky.
I was born and raised in Georgia and fought in Vietnam. It was like,being punished for the same thing twice. In fact, I used to have,flashbacks IN Vietnam. .
